As much of the nation has been fighting with bad weather and snow, I liked this image one of my colleagues sent me. Sandman or Snowman - that's a choice we make when choosing our homes. Which do you prefer? Personally, I enjoy both. With a home in Wisconsin, near Lake Geneva, and located halfway between Chicago and Milwaukee, I see plenty of snow!! With a home on the Gulf Side of Florida I see plenty of Sand. As a Florida Real Estate company we cover areas from Tampa Bay all the way down to Marco Island. That includes Clearwater, St Petersburg, Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Lakeland, Riverview, Brandon, Parrish, Ruskin, Palmetto, Bradenton, Sarasota, Port Charlotte, Englewood, Punta Gorda, Babcock Ranch, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Naples. I love Florida and the Gulf Coast, Tampa Bay, SWFL area has so many great locations to call home.
With so much attention recently on Tampa lately, it is important to remember all of the other golf course, new construction, waterfront, 55 and older communities, and other amazing gated deed restricted, Florida Subdivisions as well as non-deed restricted communities in the state of Florida.
